Recently, reports are that Google is currently in discussions to invest $4 million in CoRover.ai, an Indian conversational AI startup. This Bengaluru-based startup has developed an impressive language model called BharatGPT, which boasts support for over a dozen Indian languages. BharatGPT (source: CoRover website)   It has been reported that Google has already committed to providing $500,000 in non-equity funding to the startup, with a majority of the funds already distributed since March. The remaining amount is expected to be received by December. Following the launch of the chatbot in the coming weeks, the $4 million investment will be made as equity. Google serves as a strategic partner to CoRover.ai and offers credits for the use of its cloud computing services. This recent funding will greatly assist BharatGPT in scaling its operations in the future, as stated in the report.
