Amazon WoW serves as a networking platform for female engineering students, connecting them with Amazon leaders, recruiters, and the wider Amazon community. Through this platform, female students from any college across the nation can participate in skill-building sessions, access available resources, engage with alumni about their career experiences, and gain insight into Amazon's culture.

Objective of the Program:

  • The primary objective of this program is, to enhance women's involvement in the tech industry and to support them in building successful careers in technology.
  • Through this initiative, Amazon offers internship and full-time software development opportunities to female candidates every year.

Eligibility for the Program:

  • Only female candidates are permitted to apply
  • Any female student currently pursuing a four-year B.Tech/BE or two-year MCA, M.Tech/ME program, or a five-year Dual Degree program is eligible to participate.

Modality of the Program?

  • All events of Amazon WoW will be conducted virtually, and a list of events for each quarter will be published in the events section.
  • Each session will have a limited number of slots available, and participants will need to as soon as possible to secure their spot.
  • To join the live session, participants must register for each session.
Additionally, participants will have access to session recordings once each session is completed.
